The Property
Locus Kids is an inclusive recreational space serving children and families in the Leslieville area.
Our mission is to provide a collaborative and innovative approach to recreation, offering a variety of programming that meets the needs of our neighbourhood. Locus is committed to fostering supportive ongoing relationships with children and families in an environment that celebrates diversity, appreciates individuality, and nurtures the positive development of all. With a variety of activities and experiences, we promote growth and learning at every level.
Locus Kids’ Preschool curriculum focuses on the holistic development of all children in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment.
BIRTHDAYS / EVENTS
Give your child a birthday party they will never forget!
Celebrate your child’s special day at Locus. All parties are private events held on weekends with uninterrupted access to the entire studio space. Guests enjoy the use of all toys, materials, craft supplies, and equipment.
All regular party rentals include:

Two (2) hours of private party time

15 minutes to set up prior to scheduled time of party, and an additional 15 minutes to clean up afterwards

Ability to bring your own food, cake, and decorations

Access to entire main floor of studio (open space, bench seating, large table for guests, toys, crafts, + materials)
Pricing:
$150/hour – 2 hour minimum

Festival of South Asia
The Festival of South Asia is a multi-cultural experience of tastes, sounds, and sights of South Asia as well as arts and culture. The festival brings 200,000 visitors in over the weekend with more than 100 artists performing everything from classical Indian to contemporary bands, and literary to visual art exhibits.
