CONTEST TERMS AND RULES

1. SPONSOR: The Bazaar Bucks Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by the Gerrard India Bazaar BIA (the “Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario 18 years of age or older excluding Board members, employees and volunteers of the Gerrard India Bazaar BIA and their immediate families. Owners, employees or any other associated personnel of a Member Business (as defined below) are prohibited from submitting an entry with a receipt or photo from their own business but may submit an entry with a receipt or photo from any other Member Business. Entries not in compliance with any of the Contest Terms and Rules, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified.
3. MEMBER BUSINESSES: BIA Members include any business occupying commercial space (either owned or leased from a commercial landlord) located within the Gerrard India Bazaar Business Improvement Area as specified by the official City of Toronto Boundary Map. Home-based businesses at a location where the business owner also resides are excluded.
4. CONTEST PERIOD: Entry ballots will be accepted starting March 9, 2025 until December 28, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
5. CONTEST DETAILS: Entrants must complete the online entry form and upload a photo of either:

   1) a receipt for a direct purchase made; OR
   2) a receipt from a third party delivery app (Uber Eats, Skip The Dishes, etc)

   at a Member Business during the Contest Period. Each image may only be used once. Multiple entries with the same receipt will be disqualified. Receipt photos must clearly depict the business name and the date of the purchase.

6. Weekly draws will be on the 1st week of every month and if you have won the weekly prize in that particular month, you will not be eligible for the monthly draw in the month.
7. Draw Dates: New receipts required each week to win. Weekly receipts eligible for that particular week from Saturday to Sunday with the draw taking place the following Sunday.
8. Prizes: Weekly winners must agree to provide Gerrard India Bazaar BIA with a short video describing their favorite Gerrard India Bazaar business to support. Monthly winners must agree to having their photo taken for promotional use on Gerrard India Bazaar’s website and social media. Receipt reimbursement will be on the amount paid, up to a maximum of $100 CAD (including taxes, tips, etc)
