RFQ: Waste Management Services

REQUEST FOR QUOTE 

Gerrard India Bazaar BIA is requesting quotes for waste management services (bag & broom service) for their annual summer event, Festival for South Asia coming up on July 29 & 30. The event attracts 50,000 – 100,000 guests over two days.

Event Location:

Gerrard St East (between Glenside Ave & Coxwell Avenue), Toronto, ON M4l1Z6

Event time:

12 noon to 11 pm for both days

A 40-yard bin and the 25 barrels will be provided by the Gerrard India BIA.

Scope of Work:

>Assist with cleanup during the event (noon – 11 pm) both days

>Assist with cleanup after the event – July 29 (11 pm – 1 am July 30, 2023)

>Assist with cleanup after the event – July 30 (11 pm – 2 am July 31, 2023)

>Empty all barrels in the 40-yard bin

Your proposal to include:
-Your experience handling large scale events.
-Quote for the services with a detailed plan including number of staff, shifts, etc.
-3 References of event organizers you have worked with.
