Yes, I think this would be a good way to show off the space and welcome the community to promote an otherwise empty storefront space and the BIA

These 'popups' may be in support of local artist, makers, charities, etc. They would ideally operate at a reduced rent, or even a small honorarium. The groups could give special acknowledgment to the property owner as a sponsor or supporter on their website and social media channels to help promote the space.
